LAMPS Brand Ambassador

About the role
Represent IQOS across Legal Age Meeting Places (LAMPS) by visiting assigned outlets and professionally engaging with adult consumers. As a LAMPS Brand Ambassador, you will educate adult consumers about IQOS, TEREA, and DELIA, ensure strong brand visibility, and support events and activations to deliver an engaging and consistent brand experience.
Responsibilities
Visit three (3) assigned outlets per shift according to the planned route and schedule. Professionally engage with adult consumers at assigned outlets. Introduce the IQOS device and clearly explain how it works. Explain the differences between TEREA and DELIA. Communicate product features and benefits in a clear, friendly, and professional manner. Ensure proper brand visibility and setup of promotional materials at each assigned outlet. Support brand events, activations, and special campaigns as scheduled. Assist with event setup, hosting, and consumer engagement. Distribute approved giveaways and promotional materials as required. Engage confidently with different types of adult consumers while maintaining a professional brand image. Gather and report relevant consumer feedback, observations, and issues from outlet visits. Submit accurate daily tracking reports to the supervisor. Follow assigned routes, schedules, brand guidelines, and activation requirements. Maintain a professional and presentable appearance while representing the brand.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Outgoing, confident, and presentable personality. Ability to engage comfortably and professionally with adult consumers. Ability to clearly explain product features and information. Ability to visit multiple assigned outlets during each shift. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days when scheduled. Fluent in Arabic. Good English communication skills is an advantage. Ability to follow assigned schedules and submit required daily reports.
